Delivery Information

We offer shipping across India and outside India. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

In stock products will be shipped within 2-3 working days. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

We are happy to provide you with real-time updates on your orders, just get in touch. You will be contacted once your order is completed and ready to be sent to you.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care no (+91-8744 066 042) or mail us at care@emangla.co.in, mentioning your order & item reference number. We shall make our best efforts to solve your complaint.

Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Shipping Charges:

We don't charge extra to ship products within India.

Delivery times:

We will take a maximum of 15 days to deliver your order.

Duties:

Orders to countries outside the India may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a delivery duty unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, contact your local customs office.

Product Availability:

We do our best to ensure product availability for our customers. The foregoing notwithstanding, some of our products are produced in limited edition or capsule collections and accordingly, some products may become unavailable without prior notice. emangla.co.in does not guarantee the availability of any product or style to its customers. In the event an order is placed for a product which is not available, you will be notified by customer service.

No delivery on Public Holidays:

Orders are subject to Customs and Duty charges payable by the recipient and you may be requested to pay duty charges prior to exportation of your order by our Delivery agent.
